Label all the things!

Previously I had one Keto Chow recipe and made one label for all the different flavors of Keto Chow, I would just change the big text at the top with the name of the flavor. Now I’ve done gone and made a recipe for each and every one of the flavors because there is a slight variance in net carbs, protein and other nutrients between the flavors.

I also made a new label for each one with the nutrition information correct for each flavor. They’re all linked to the various flavors in the shop, select a flavor and you’ll see the info.

In case you are curious, here are the differences (per day) for the various flavors:

Chris Bair is a technology and computer geek. He became involved in the nutritionally complete "future foods" movement in January 2014, originally with a conventional recipe and later switching to a high fat, low carb "ketogenic" variant on October 2014. In January 2015 he created the recipe for Keto Chow and released it without restriction for anyone to use, at the same time he began mixing the recipe up for people that wanted a finished product and has seen steady growth in the business every month since. Chris has lived in Utah for most of his life, except for a few years living in Chile where he learned Castillian. Chris and his wife have two sets of twins with a couple singltons thrown in for good measure.

    Chris, are these numbers still true for the latest versions? I assume this is for a full day.
