Weight’s the same and ketones are down a bit. Dangit. This is when you “Keep Calm and Keto On” (KCKO). Ran on the treadmill again, I switched back to a fitbit Charge HR for tracking that. Yep it’s better than the chest strap, plus fitbit talks to cron-o-meter. The Image above? one of my co-workers fumbled a bit and called my drink “Cheeto Cow” – surprisingly you can find a video of a cow eating cheetos. Who knew?
