I haven’t been overly concerned with how much weight I have lost thus far because today is weigh-in day for a weight loss contest my city does. So all the water weight I’ve gained recently because of eating lots of yummy salty meat will serve to make my initial weigh in higher – it’s based on percentage lost so higher is better =) Last year I “prepared” for the challenge by eating carbs and replenishing my glycogen (which adds MOAR water weight) – I ended up coming in second place, Probably won’t do as well, percentage wise, this year.
