Day 059 – 100 days of Keto (Chow)

  • Weight: 204.5
  • Blood ketones: 0.3 mmol/L

Not much to report today, drank 3 keto chows yesterday (Peanut Butter & Cookies and Cream). My weight is still coming down nicely. I was able to run last night, I’m doing the slightly more intense workout now: running for 2 minutes then walking for 2 (last week was run 1 walk 3). One of my friends doing keto got his blood tests back yesterday, I’m working to get him to make a blog post about it.

Hi Chris, Is your running for four minutes total, or is that your “cycle”. Not judging, just curious.

If I remember correctly I do 5 sets with the last minute running quite a bit faster, so 10 minutes of running with 10 walking (could be 6 sets though I’d have to check my program)

Very cool! That’s a lot of running. Don’t burn yourself out!

Well I started at 1+3, now I’m doing 2+2. When I’m ready I’ll move to 3+1 and eventually pure running the entire time.

chris, btw I tried the peanut butter chocolate this morning with 1/2 tsp of caramel extract. I highly recommend it, makes it taste a little like a snickers ice cream bar (I blended mine with ice).
