I have been Keto for about 9 months, feeling good, no cravings, blood sugar finally under control and getting my A1c below 6 for the first time in years!! Keto clean eating did that for me. What I missed most was ice cream, but being diabetic it was out, and then came Keto Chow. All I can say is WOW

Here’s another, should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such:

I’ve been doing stronglifts 5×5 for 3 months now. For the first month I ate KetoChow and made solid gains with minimal pain. I stopped eating it because I thought I could buy zero carb proteins and with a multi-vitamin plus Lyte (and bouillion cubes) for electrolytes I could get the same effect while saving money. But I wasn’t recovering and was sore all the time. Worst of all my mind was fuzzy and dull. I went back on KetoChow and for the last couple weeks I am recovering and making gains again. I’m amazed at how much of a difference it makes in how I feel with the 5×5 workouts. Incredible. Highly recommend it.
