We’re launching a new “Recipes” section of the site – in the “Information” tab. Many will use Keto Chow, but some may not – it’ll be a bit of a mix of the two =) Along with the new section, I’d like to introduce our new contributor: Victoria Jensen. She’ll be routinely posting new recipes. So far she’s posted one for Chocolate Mug Cake and a new one for Banana Nut Breakfast Muffins was posted today.

Victoria Jensen has been creating and improving recipes for over 10 years. She is passionate about physical health and loves to explore new food-related concepts in the health and fitness world. Her favorite thing to do is transform dishes she loves into diet-friendly meals. She now is exploring and improving Keto friendly recipes to share!
