Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow
  • 4 ounces cold water
  • 5 ounces Heavy Cream you may adjust the amount according to your macros
  • 10 ounces hot, freshly brewed masala chai tea 10-12 ounces

Instructions

  • Mix the keto chow, water, and heavy cream together and refrigerate overnight.
  • When the keto chow has been refrigerated overnight brew the chai tea.
  • Carefully blend the hot tea into the prepared keto chow with a stick blender or frother.
  • Sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy.
