Loved the flavors

I have ordered the two sample packs so far and they are so good. There is only one flavor so far that has not been a favorite but all the others has tasted so good. I love that all flavors are added to the cronometer, which made it easier for me to determine which force to use and how much. For me I found 3 tbsp of butter with 1-2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream worked out well for my macros. By day 2 I found myself barely hungry so I drank one shake with my dinner. I have lost 5 pounds so far of the weight loss stale I have been on. IF you are curios and want to try it out, I recommend the starter bundles since they allow you to try different flavors and see which ones you like best.

Amazing Product and service

Ordered this product in order to taste some of the different flavors. So far the only flavor that wasn’t my favorite was the pumpkin spice caramel one (I am not a pumpkin spice person). But I was absolutely amazed on how good all the other flavors tasted. The product I received within 2-3 business days after ordering which I was very excited about. This product has been a great help with my busy schedule AND I was able to finally step over that plateau I have been on. A must try – flavor suggestions would be snicker doodle and the chocolate (partially frozen reminds me of a Wendys frosty).

This is the absolute best meal replacement shake I have ever had. I’ve tried more than 30 different brands and I could barely drink them. A great tasting keto meal replacement

Keto Chow is a great tasting, easy to make, keto meal replacement drink. I bought this for my son to get started on keto. He drinks two shakes a day and eats one standard keto meal. Keto Chow recommends letting your shake sit in the refrigerator overnight and so do I. This helps with flavor and consistency My son enjoyed chocolate with PB fit added (peanut butter) and Root Beer float the most but all the flavors tasted great. Pumpkin caramel was his least favorite but it was still completely consumed. Keto Chow may seem pricey but I invite you to compare the nutritional values and taste to any other keto shake on the market. Once you have you will see the difference in quality and quality isn’t about meeting the lowest price point.

Guilt Free Indulgence

I had been doing Keto for about 3 weels when I saw your super fun ad. I decided to order because school mornings get busy and I thought your shskes could help out. After trying the starter kit I ordered more singles to try all of your flavors. I feel like I am having a cheat meal, they taste so good!! I can spend my morning time putting together a lunch for work while drinking my Keto Chow for breakfast before driving the kids to school which has helped me stay on track. So delicious and simple

I struggled when I started Keto. I would sometimes come home from work and realize I only had enough food made for dinner and would have to cook to have something for lunch the next day. Amazing

I have tried countless shakes and meal replacements over the years. I have never encountered a meal replacement that not only tastes amazing, but it also leaves me feeling full and satisfied! And not just for a short while, but hours later I’m still good to go and not craving another meal.

Truly amazing stuff! And it’s Keto! Coupled with intermittent fasting I am seeing and feeling the health benefits already, so I’ve already placed my order for more bags!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Mint Keto Chow
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp erythritol
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flaked

Instructions

  • In a food processor pulse together peanuts, Keto Chow, cocoa, and erythritol for 30 seconds.
  • Add coconut oil and pulse for another 30 seconds, then add flaked coconut and pulse a few times just to combine.
  • Add mixture to an 8x8 pan lined with foil. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and remove foil and cut with a very sharp knife.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer. These will melt if stored at room temperature.

  • Mix together cream cheese, pumpkin Keto Chow, cinnamon and Swerve until well combined.
  • Make uniform sized balls. Put the balls in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
  • Put white chocolate in microwaveable bowl and melt in 15-30 second intervals. Stir after every 30 seconds, do not overheat because it will seize.
  • Stir the unmelted chocolate chips until they are silky smooth. If your chocolate doesn’t melt in 1 minute, switch to 15 second intervals.
  • Take the formed balls from the freezer and dip each one in the chocolate.
  • Let set in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and enjoy!

  • Cruller shaped silicone donut pan or Mini Bundt pan

  • Oil or butter the bundt pans and preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix together the eggs, butter, 1 tablespoon of the sweetener, and the vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Then mix in the keto chow, 1/2 teaspoon of the pumpkin spice, and the baking powder.
  • Fill the donut molds and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly while you mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of granulated sweetener, and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.
  • While the crullers are still slightly warm roll each one in the spiced sweetener.

  • 1 1/2 Cups Ground Walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sweetner
  • 2 ounces Unsalted Butter 1/2 stick, melted

FILLING

  • 1 pound Cream Cheese softened
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Mint Keto Chow
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sweetner
  • 1/4 tsp Mint Extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp Heavy Cream if needed
  • 3 ounces Sugar-free Dark Chocolate chopped fine (food processor for this works great)
