These shakes truly are the best keto shakes I’ve tried so far. I got to try a bunch of flavors before ordering a large bag, and by my second shake I couldn’t wait to order more. I love the variety of flavors and I actually feel full after having them. PLEASE listen to the instructions and have your shakes chill overnight! It makes a world of difference in texture and flavor!

I am in maintenance mode now, having reached my weight loss goal, but I don’t want to ever return to my old way of eating. Now that I have loads of new-found energy, I need a meal on the go that won’t compromise all the work I’ve done to lose weight (91lbs). I tried Keto Chow. My first shake, Snickerdoodle, was less than I had hoped for. I suspect the flavor is excellent but I didn’t know what to do with it and I sort of tanked it. For me, texture is king and that was not pleasant. I’ve since learned, starting with my second shake, that I need to use the blender. Once I did that, Keto Chow was marvelous! I use half avocado oil and half heavy cream plus 15 oz water to make a slightly thinner shake. Once I did that, and let it refrigerate overnight, I was IN LOVE. I used one packet per day, for my lunch (so I’d still have time to take a walk in the park — literally — on my lunch hour) until my sample pack was gone. I’m just waiting for payday to order a big bag of whatever the flavor of the week happens to be when I’m ready. I’m sold on the flavor, nutrition, and convenience! Great stuff!
