  • 8x8" baking pan




  • *Start by pulsing the pistachios into fine crumbs. A food processor, spice grinder, or ninja blender works great.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper with two of the sides hanging out for easy removal.
  • With a mixer, cream together the butter, sweetener, eggs, and extracts on medium speed. Add in baking powder, keto chow and the pistachio crumbs and mix on medium spend until everything is fully incorporated. Add batter to prepared 8x8 pan with parchment. The batter will be thick, just spread it to the sides the best you can. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes


  • With a mixer on medium speed, cream together everything except the sweetener. Once it is nice and creamy add in sweetener and start mixing slowly and then on medium until it's all mixed.
  • Spread frosting on cooked bars.
  • Best if stored in the fridge.


High Altitude: Melt butter before adding to mixing bowl, add 1.5 TBSP water to batter, and bake for 3-5 minutes extra.
