Ingredients

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Instructions

  • Cream together pumpkin, egg, and sweetener.
  • Add in the rest and mix well.
  • Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet and use spoon to make a divot. Each cookie is approximately 2 tbsp of cookie dough.
  • Bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

  • Add everything in a glass bowl and melt/soften in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. If you need to add more time, do so in 10 second intervals because the cream cheese will pop.
  • Stir with fork until smooth.
  • Add to a piping bag and pipe onto each cookie (you can do this while still warm).
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
