Miss the feeling of hot summer days at the beach? Find your happy place with Pina Colada.

  • 0.77 net carbs. (A traditional pina colada has around 32, and a fraction of the nutrients.)
  • It’s an easy keto win, with no added sugars (compared to a whopping 30 grams in the traditional drink).
  • Enjoy the refreshing, sweet flavor in a health way.

These are our "Limited Edition" flavors of Keto Chow. They are only available in the individual meal "sample" size and only available in a limited quantity.

We will NOT be adding the Limited Edition flavors to the sample bundles and they cannot be purchased in the bulk bags. When we run out of the limited edition, that’s the end of it, for now.

Are there any other flavors in development? When are more flavors coming?

There are no new flavors in development to speak of.

If, and when, new flavors are developed, tested, and ready for launch – we will be certain to let you know! It’s a long process that takes 6-9 months from beginning to end and we will not announce anything until we have the finished and packaged product on-hand, ready to go. We don’t like promising anything that we can’t deliver and don’t do pre-orders for something that could be delayed beyond our control.

When will the bulk bags be available?

We will not be making large 21 meal bags of the Limited Edition flavors for now.

Wait, why not?

It’s how we decided to make the “Limited Edition” flavors. We're not saying that we will NEVER make large bags available but the plan is that we will not. If the sales response merits bringing them on, we may revisit that decision in a few months.

Lemon Meringue and Pistachio were formerly limited edition flavors but are now available as "regular" flavors in 21 meal packages. The community response to those two was so overwhelming, we kinda didn't have a choice. It did take several months for the large bags to come and even longer for the individual meal packets to arrive.

What do you mean by Limited Edition?

When the packets are all sold, that is the end. There is a possibility that if the sales on this flavor are exceptionally strong, we may bring it back in the future, but that is not the current plan.

I want a lot, can I buy 21 for the same price as a bulk bag of the other flavors?

No, we do have quantity discounts on all our samples though. If you purchase 21 samples (of any flavor, including the non-limited edition flavors), the shopping cart will give you a 5% discount. There are also discounts for 53 and 91 samples, respectively. Buying 21 samples WILL cost more than buying a bulk bag of another flavor, even with the discount.

How to make Keto Chow:

1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.

2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

3. ADD WATER

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!

4. SHAKE, REFRIGERATE, & ENJOY!

Refrigerate for 30 minutes (overnight brings out even more yumminess).

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

AWFUL. STAY AWAY.

I bought pina colada samples so that I could occasionally have a palate cleanser kind of drink, which I sometimes need after so many heavy savory meals. I like several KC flavors already like pistachio and vanilla. Tried Pina Colada today with high hopes and nearly spit it out. It's VERY chemical tasting and the flavor doesn't make me think of pineapple at all, more like fake pineapple candies for kids that don't come close to the real thing. It's very metallic tasting too. The coconut comes through somewhat but as someone else said, it's totally overpowered by the bad, fake metallic pineapple flavoring choice. I wish there was just a simple coconut flavor, that would be great - but this ain't it.

Do you like Pina Coladas?

I thought I did! I love pineapple, or I used to, before I started my keto journey. I'm not entirely sure anymore. Because this flavor was not for me. I even tried mixing in some strawberry (my favorite flavor) so that I could at least drink it. But alas, my mouth would not stop telling my brain that it was a NO GO! It's a sad day when you can't drink your Keto Chow! =X

Delicious!

Piña colada is probably one of my favorite flavors so far! I mixed it up with some coconut milk and added an extra splash of pineapple flavor to bring the balance back. It was absolutely perfect!
