This recipe comes from Maggie: I did something today. Something even my 3 year old likes! When it comes to keto foods using almond flour or coconut flour, my kids steer clear, wonโ€™t even try things at first glance. But this pizza right here doesnโ€™t look keto at all, that she actually wanted to try it. I was like SCORE!   1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then spread out on a greased or parchment paper liner baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  4. Top with your choice toppings & stick it back in the oven till all melted.

Instructions
  1. Sautee onions in butter and thyme until tender.
  2. Add 1 of the broccoli heads diced up with the chicken stock.
  3. Simmer until tender.
  4. Blend with an emersion blender. Then add carrots, another head of broccoli florets, the Keto Chow.
  5. Simmer until tender.
  6. Before serving, add the Heavy Cream and stir to warm it up and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Toasted rye or pumpernickel bread slathered with softened butter used to be one of my favorite things. This bread is evocative of a good home baked loaf and is very satisfying toasted, buttered and served alongside your favorite eggs. Equipment: 1.5 quart 5โ€ x 9 loaf pan

  1. Place the keto chow, almond flour, flax meal, coconut flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl beat together the almond milk, olive oil, and vinegar.
  3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir together until everything is well mixed.
  4. Stir in the caraway seeds.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread out to even the top.
  6. Bake at 325 for approximately 50 minutes until the loaf is brown around the edges and springs back when touched in the center.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.

Keto Chow Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Creamy, comforting and delicious; quick and easy to make. Pour it over your favorite low carb noodles or vegetables, use it to top your low-carb pizza, or just eat it with a spoon. Itโ€™s Alfredo.

  1. Mix the water, heavy cream and keto chow together blending until there are no lumps and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook over low heat until the garlic is soft, fragrant and starting to turn golden. Donโ€™t allow the butter or the garlic to brown.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper
  5. Whisk or blend in the ketochow mixture, mix well
  6. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the sauce starts to simmer.
  7. Stir in the cheese.
  8. Return to a simmer.
  9. Taste and add more salt and pepper if you prefer.
  10. Serve hot over your favorite low carb noodles or vegetables. Garnish with extra grated cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Keto Chow Instant Pot Cheddar Broccoli Soup

  1. Turn your Instant Pot on to sautรฉ
  2. Add butter and once melted add the optional carrots and celery and sautรฉ for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 3.5 cups of chicken broth, and the broccoli
  4. Put on Instant Pot lid and put the valve on seal.
  5. Set Instant Pot on manual for 8 minutes at medium pressure.
  6. Mix chicken soup Keto Chow to the remaining 1/2 cup broth and mix with an immersion blender to make a thick mixture/slurry.
  7. Once Instant Pot finishes do a quick release and open lid once the valve drops.
  8. Add the Keto Chow mixture and mix until nice and creamy.
  9. Add shredded cheese and stir.
  10. Serve with more cheese and bacon if desired!
Recipe Notes

for a thicker soup you can blend the whole thing with immersion blender. Also thickens as it sits.
