Reviews on the different Keto Chow products are fine, but how can you tell which flavor you want to try? That’s where our flavor reviews come in! It’s a little decoupled from the shopping cart but serves as a good place to come and read about the different flavors available.

The 2.1 Chocolate flavor is my favorite of all the flavors I have tried.

2.1 Vanilla tastes even more like melted vanilla ice cream than previous versions. It can used to create other flavor combinations.

Liked it...

I usually don't like strawberry anything, but tried one when I ordered the sample pack. It was actually... GOOD! I was nervous at first to even try it. I don't even like strawberry ice cream... Ended up ordering 3 more bags, one of them strawberry.

Chocolate Peanut Butter
Average rating:

2.1 Chocolate Peanut Butter is strangely not as good as previous versions. Don't get me wrong - it's GOOD but it's not great this time. I prefer buying Chocolate and adding my own peanut butter.

Cookies & Cream

Cookies and Cream is my favorite

Chocolate 2.1 is apparently the most popular flavor, and it's fine, but Cookies & Cream is definitely my preference.

Salted Caramel
Average rating:

2.1 Salted Caramel is good, really good. This version of this flavor is richer than previous versions. The salt and sweet aspects are both really strong while the flavor of butter is predominant. A friend of mine says it tastes like cake frosting.

Pretty Spot On

I don't think the flavor could come much closer. The coffee flavor is very apparent, and appropriately bitter. The sweetness of the chocolate compliments the flavor well.

This is one flavor I don't think gets better by sitting in the fridge. Probably best eaten within 8 hours of mixing because the Mocha flavor fades and the 'protein shake' flavor creeps in.

1st time loved it

Bought this as a sample to see if I would like it. Mixed it with the chocolate and it was amazing! Nice, thick and creamy! neither taste overpowered the other! Will be buying more as soon as I get home.

Chocolate Toffee

by Beverly on Chocolate Toffee

This Chocolate Toffee 2.1 flavor is difficult to describe. It is delicious but is not identifiable. It certainly does not taste like a chocolate toffee candy bar (Heath, Skor, etc) to me. There is a hint of butterscotch perhaps. But not chocolate or toffee. Truly what it tastes like to me is a graham cracker. I can't muster up any other flavor profile even after drinking several of these shakes.

Root Beer Float

The Root Beer Float 2.1 flavor is a delightful surprise! I did not expect this one to be anything special. For some reason, I thought the root beer element couldn't possibly be strong enough. But it is! This flavor feels like a total treat to me.

Pumpkin Spice Caramel

Oh my, Pumpkin Spice Caramel 2.1 is a solid winner for me! I will soon be purchasing a week size bag of this flavor. I would happily drink this flavor every day, especially through the fall and winter months. The flavor is rich, deep, complex, hearty, and satisfying.

Eggnog 2.1 is a really good solid flavor - tastes undeniably like eggnog with the richness of nutmeg.

Very good!

Fat source: 33 cc Keto&Co shake oil

Immediately on mixing: salty strawberries?!? It tastes almost exactly as if you took a store-ripened strawberry and sprinkled it with salt and sugar. I'm going to have to try that sometime because it was surprisingly appealing here.

After spending a few hours in the fridge: Strawberry candy. I drank the whole thing very happily. The monk fruit gave the mix a subtly different flavor than sucralose, which was nice.

Verdict: I'm not sure I would buy a whole week bag of this when there are so many other options, but I liked it a lot!

Raspberry Cheesecake

by Beverly on Raspberry Cheesecake

Raspberry Cheesecake 2.1 is an ok flavor but it's not a favorite. It's subtle. The raspberry is subtle. The cheesecake is so subtle that I can't taste it while drinking it - but I can smell it - and there's a cheesecake aftertaste. It would be nice if this had an element of raspberry seeds and a stronger flavor in general.

Savory Chicken Soup

Delicious Hot Soup!

I followed the advice of other reviewers who used 1 tbsp salted butter and 3 tbsp heavy cream, and replaced the water with chicken stock (Fun fact: A can of chicken broth has 14.5 oz, so you can basically just put in the entire can). I'm the kind of person who goes nuts with the spices, so i added some garlic powder, a bit of fajita chicken seasoning, a bit of salt-free Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning, a small quantity of pepper, some himalayan pink rock salt, and put it in our small blender.

Once it was blended well, I stuck it in a Pyrex, heated it in the microwave (though I suppose if you're fancy, you could use the stove) and once hot, ate it with a spoon.

In the future, I may experiment with adding actual chicken.

Orange Cream

by Beverly on Orange Cream

2.1 Orange Cream nailed its flavor profile. This has the clear taste of melted vanilla ice cream with the distinct addition of orange.

Snickerdoodle 2.1 is another flavor HIT! Creamy, sweet, and rich, the taste of cinnamon and butter is prevalent, as it should be. This flavor really delivers.

Chocolate Mint
Average rating:

Chocolate Mint 2.1 is a really good, strong flavor! The mint hits with a punch like an Andes mint or peppermint patty. It leaves that cool feel in your mouth where you're a little afraid to drink a cold beverage because you know it will "hurt" if you do. This isn't a flavor I will drink often but I LIKE IT!
