Creamy, comforting and delicious; quick and easy to make. Pour it over your favorite low carb noodles or vegetables, use it to top your low-carb pizza, or just eat it with a spoon. It’s Alfredo.

  1. Mix the water, heavy cream and keto chow together blending until there are no lumps and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook over low heat until the garlic is soft, fragrant and starting to turn golden. Don’t allow the butter or the garlic to brown.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper
  5. Whisk or blend in the ketochow mixture, mix well
  6. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the sauce starts to simmer.
  7. Stir in the cheese.
  8. Return to a simmer.
  9. Taste and add more salt and pepper if you prefer.
  10. Serve hot over your favorite low carb noodles or vegetables. Garnish with extra grated cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Creamy Keto Chow Baked Cauliflower and Cheese

Creamy Keto Chow Baked Cauliflower and Cheese
Instructions
  1. Grease a 9 X 13 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat together the eggs, mix in the keto chow, dry spices, milk and heavy cream. mix well until there are no lumps.
  3. Stir in the cauliflower.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture into the greased baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350 F for approximately 35 minutes until the casserole is set and beginning to brown on the top.

Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat, stir in the sweetener, vanilla and salt, stirring
  2. constantly cook the mixture until the sweetener melts and begins to bubble.
  3. Allow it to cook for about one minute, while continuing to stir.
  4. Carefully add the almonds and stir to coat them in the caramel mixture. Continue to cook over
  5. low heat until the almonds are toasted, and the coating looks like it’s beginning to dry. Carefully
  6. transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and allow to cool completely.
  7. When it has cooled completely break it into small pieces.

Mean Green Mix and Match Keto Chow Soup
Here’s a great way to add some greens to your day. This is a mix and match recipe, so you can use your favorite greens and herbs to make it your own. Get creative and have fun with it. Chef up a different soup every time you make it.It’s a great way to use up small amounts of fresh greens, herbs and broth leftover in the fridge.For instance, I used chicken broth, arugula, parsley, dried dill and lemon juice for the soup pictured here, but you could use vegetable broth, baby spinach, fresh cilantro, dried basil and a dash of your favorite hot sauce for a completely different creation.
Instructions
  1. Bring the broth or water to a simmer in a small sauce pan over medium heat or in a microwave safe container in the microwave
  2. Add the greens, herbs, salt and pepper to the hot broth.
  3. Add the keto chow and blend with an immersion blender until the greens are completely pureed
  4. Add the avocado oil, olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar and blend until emulsified
  5. Stir in the cheese (if using) and enjoy.
