Snickerdoodle Mixture - Mix everything together and reserve 1/4 cup
Cheesecake Mixture
Instructions
  1. Blend Snickerdoodle Mixture together, an immersion blender works best for this.
  2. In greased 8x8 or 9x9 add the snickerdoodle mixture except for 1/4 cup.
  3. Add cream cheese mixture on top.
  4. Spoon dollops of remaining snickerdoodle dough on top and use knife to make swirl.
  5. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate for at least an hour, best if overnight.

  1. In a food processor add Keto Chow, coconut flour, erythritol (the amount of sweetness is up to you, I used 1/4 cup because I don’t like things super sweet, if you do, add 1/2 cup!!) and baking powder and pulse to combine.
  2. Add in cubed butter, and cream cheese and pulse again until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Beat together eggs and sour cream with a fork or whisk and add to flour mixture, pulse until it all comes together, but not too long.
  4. The dough will be sticky, pull out half and add to wax or parchment paper and make into a round shape
  5. Put another paper on top and press until 1 inch thick, use cutter and make the scones and add to sheet pan with parchment paper.
  6. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  7. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. These are even better with a little sugar free raspberry preserves.
Recipe Notes

We prefer to use Nature's Hollow jams, though the sugar-free Smuckers and the Great Value brand from Wal-Mart are a fairly passable alternative in a pinch.

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  2. Prepare three 4-inch pie pans by buttering them well.
  3. In a blender combine the keto chow and water and blend.
  4. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until fully combined and completely smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pans and place the pans on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 325 Degrees for 15-20 minutes. Until the tops are set but the pies are still slightly soft in the center.
