Keto Chow Electrolyte Gummies
A fun and convenient way to replenish your electrolytes. Brew extra coffee or tea and sweeten to your liking; or use your favorite low carb drink. Equipment: Silicone candy molds or ice cube trays

Instructions
  1. Place the cold liquid in a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface.
  2. Allow the gelatin to soften for a minute or two
  3. Place the pan over medium-low heat and heat while stirring until all the gelatin has dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling, about 190-200 degrees.
  4. Pour or ladle the mixture into the molds or ice cube trays.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Instructions
Blackberry Lemon Ketoade
  1. Measure 2 cups of filtered drinking water; combine with 1/4 tsp of Keto Chow Fasting Drops and 2 TBS of Swerve (add more or less swerve according to how sweet you'd like your drink).
  2. Measure 1/4 cup of blackberries and slice 1/2 of a lemon.
  3. Add blackberries to water and smash them with a spoon.
  4. Add the lemon slices to the water (first squeeze the juice from each slice into the water).
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight (the longer water marinates, the stronger fruit flavor it will have).
Lemon Ketoade
  1. Measure 2 cups of filtered drinking water; combine with 1/4 tsp of Keto Chow Fasting Drops and 2 TBS of Swerve (add more or less swerve according to how sweet you'd like your drink).
  2. Slice 1/2 of a lemon. Add the lemon slices to the water (first squeeze the juice from each slice into the water).
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight (the longer water marinates, the stronger fruit flavor it will have).

  1. Measure 2 cups of filtered drinking water; combine with 1/4 tsp of Keto Chow Fasting Drops and 2 TBS of Swerve (add more or less swerve according to how sweet you'd like your drink).
  2. Slice 1/2 of a lime. Add the lime slices to the water (first squeeze the juice from each slice into the water).
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight (the longer water marinates, the stronger fruit flavor it will have). Remove from fridge and serve with ice.

  4. If you prefer filtered Ketoade, strain mixture in a fine mesh strainer, coffee filter, or cheesecloth after marinating in the fridge.
