I’m gonna be real honest right now and let you know I HATE spending a ton of money on keto treats for myself but I have an insane sweet tooth. I’ve been wanting the banana peanut butter but I just can’t bring myself to spend over $10 on a jar. I decided to make my own and it did not disappoint!

Banana Peanut Butter
Instructions
  1. Pulse peanuts on the highest setting for 45 seconds.
  2. It should be a peanut butter consistency
  3. Add butter, erythritol and keto chow and pulse until blended.
Recipe Notes

You may add more Keto Chow for more banana flavor, but I’m not sure how it will change the consistency. If you like things sweeter add a touch more erythritol. If you don’t like things salty, use unsalted peanuts and unsalted butter.

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in small sauce pan over medium heat
  2. Add water and heat until bubbling.
  3. While whisking, add in 2 Tbsp beef Keto Chow and continue whisking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Let simmer for a few more minutes until the gravy is thick and bubbling.

You guys!!! Cream of mushroom soup! And it’s SOOOO legit! See other pictures and last nights post to see the possibilities of this! Tonight I smothered chicken thighs and cauliflower rice with it and it was insane good, even my caulirice hating husband really liked it!!

  1. Mix everything except mushrooms with immersion blender once thick (after about 1 minute)
  2. Fold in finely chopped mushrooms.

It’s ready right away or you can store it in the fridge! I’ve also made this with Keto Chow Savory Chicken Soup flavor except I did not need the xanthan gum for thickening.

I have a confession to make. I’ve been churning this ice cream frosty every night for a week to make it just right for you when really it was perfect the first time!! 🤣 and if you’re thinking dang that seems like a lot of work...as long as you have an ice cream maker (I love my kitchenaid one!) this recipe is a breeze!
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients with blender until smooth and thick.
  2. You can refrigerate for a couple of days or churn it right away.
  3. Pour into ice cream bowl and churn for 15 minutes.
  4. You can freeze after churning for up to 30 minutes to harden or eat right away.

When it comes to keto foods using almond flour or coconut flour, my kids steer clear, won’t even try things at first glance.   1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then spread out on a greased or parchment paper liner baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  4. Top with your choice toppings & stick it back in the oven till all melted.

Magic Chocolate Toffee Almond Fudge Bombs
Why is this fudge magic? Because it’s ridiculously easy to make, super ketogenic, and rich and delicious enough to crush any chocolate craving. It mixes together in just a couple minutes and is easy to keep on hand stored in the freezer. You can also soften it to room temperature to use as a frosting or spread. Equipment: Silicone candy mold, or square dish

  1. Blend the butter and almond butter together with an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
  2. Add the keto chow and cocoa powder and mix until fully blended.
  3. Taste and add additional sweetener if you want a sweeter fudge.
  4. Fill silicon candy molds or a small square container with the fudge mixture and place in freezer to chill until firm.
  5. Pop the fudge pieces out of the silicone candy molds or cut into small pieces if you chilled it in a container.
  6. Store in an air tight container or plastic bag in the freezer.
