Ingredients

Follow these steps:

  1. Add 3-4oz of heavy cream to a blender bottle (or 1-2oz of avocado oil).
  2. Add 1 scoop of Keto Chow Powder.
  3. Add 14oz of water, up to about the 20oz line.
  4. Shake immediately and until all powder is wet to avoid clumps.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes – although overnight gives the best flavor.
