Keto Chow reserves the right to switch out subscription items as needed due to low stock, discontinued flavors, etc. Customers will be notified of changes via email when possible.
By subscribing, the Customer agrees that the amount of their subscription will be charged to their account or card at the delivery frequency they have selected, e.g. monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Note that subscription prices are subject to change. Customers will be notified of pricing changes via email.

Subscribers to the myChow Surprise Kit should note that flavors cannot be exchanged, returned. Because of the way the kits are assembled, Keto Chow is also unable to customize Surprise Kits by leaving out specific flavors for an individual subscription. Because of this, Customers with allergies to certain Keto Chow should consider building their own myChow Kit instead, in order to avoid flavors that cause allergic reactions.

Customers may pause, edit, or cancel their subscription by logging into their account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions.”
