How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE

What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. The apple pie keto chow is my number 3 haha. Third to eggnog and the top prize going to pistachio all the way. The apple pie mixed with peanut butter collagen is a game changer!!! Makes awesome ice cream too
I love the apple pie flavor. It is one of my favorites! Honestly I like them all. They satisfy my cravings and my hunger.
It was ok but it could use more apple flavor and more spices. The flavor was kind of washed out and I had let it sit overnight in the fridge.

I think it kept reminding me of bad egg nog. I’ll stick with my favs like Salted Caramel and Mocha.
Yum! Apple pie keto chow is one of my favorites. I’m glad I bought the big bag because it’s one I crave most often. I generally mix it with cream, but sometimes a little butter an cinnamon too. All the shakes keep
