How to make Keto Chow:

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

This was my first time trying the banana flavor and it is one of my favorites now! It was creamy and delicious 😋S

Banana Keto chow

It is very good. It doesn’t have a fake banana flavor like some other brands.

Strawberry Keto Chow

Tastes like a sweet strawberry milk if you let it cool for three hours, and like a milkshake if you let it cool for eight hours or more. Absolutely delicious. I used four ounces of heavy cream and 16 fluid ounces of water, yet it still had a clear strawberry taste.

All of the Keto Chow shakes are very filling so it reduces my craving to snack. I like using them for an early dinner so I'm not hungry overnight, or as breakfast with a light snack.

We've noticed that if you're mixing Keto Chow with heavy cream, the flavors aren't as strong, if you switch over to mixing it with melted butter, the flavors come through far more powerfully:

haven't tried it yet.

One of my favorite flavors. ❤

I have my favorites and banana is one of them. Since the actual banana fruit is so very high in carbs my KETO chow shake gives me the option of banana again.

Creamy Banana

Banana flavor is very good, the flavor is a little mild. Good with heavy cream or butter. I added a few frozen strawberries and mixed in my ninja blender for a strawberry banana shake flavor. Excellent!

Love It!!

This tastes just like banana pudding. This is great as a "dessert" when I am craving something sweet.

The banana flavor is perfect!

I make my banana Keto Chow with a little gelatin to thicken it and it’s just like eating a creamy banana. On Keto, I had really missed bananas. I don’t any more! My banana cravings are now satisfied.
