Chocolate Mint Keto Chow has the richness of creamy chocolate, with the refreshing coolness of mint to make it an even more luxurious treat. It’s delicious on its own, but you can also use it in recipes like our Mint Chocolate Latte.
How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.
2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
3. ADD WATER
Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!
4. SHAKE & ENJOY!
Or refrigerate for 30 mins or even overnight to bring out more flavor
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Chocolate mint is by far my favorite Keto Chow flavor! Hot or cold it is amazing! I honestly live almost all the flavors (others I just like) but this is so far above the rest! I could have this all day every day and never get tired of it. It is good with heavy cream, butter, or avocado oil. The flavor is just there no matter what!! It is especially good when used as ice cream on a hot day or hot chocolate on a cold morning! You just can't go wrong with Chocolate Mint!
Tastes like an Andes Mint! Can’t wait to make ice cream in this flavor :-)
The chocolate mint has a nice minty flavor and is very smooth and delicious. No grainy feel at all. Looking forward to making some into ice cream
The mint smelled overwhellming at first. I was worried it would overpower the chocolate too, but it was a pleaseny balance. I had been nolstolgic for a holiday mint hot cocoa, and it total hit that for me.
I love the mint flavor it tastes like aice cream or a milk shake.
I am not a person that likes mint but this flavor is amazing.. not a strong minty flavor which I like..
Tastes great, but it was one of the ones that was harder to dissolve
Reminds me of one of my childhood treats. Had to grab a big bag after sampling the single serve pack. Thank you KC !!!
I use the chocolate mint keto in my morning coffee. I used to be the one who drank a little coffee with my creamer… not anymore!! This is my favorite flavor and I always have a bag or two of it ready!
