Chocolate Toffee Keto Chow has a rich butterscotch, too-good-to-be-true flavor that will satisfy the strongest sweet tooth. It is the star ingredient in our Chocolate Toffee Cheesecake Brownies.
How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.
2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
3. ADD WATER
Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!
4. SHAKE & ENJOY!
Or refrigerate for 30 mins or even overnight to bring out more flavor
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Love the flavor !!
Was looking forward to a more exciting taste it’s bland and chalky , I found strawberry to be my favorite flavor wish I just bought the starter pack only then decided on the bulk
We've noticed that if you're mixing Keto Chow with heavy cream, the flavors aren't as strong, if you switch over to mixing it with melted butter, the flavors come through far more powerfully: https://www.ketochow.xyz/keto-chow-preparation/using-butter-with-keto-chow/
Hey there so I just tried this one a couple of weeks ago I suddenly heading there just too sweet for me and don’t satisfy my hunger they just make me hungrier but I realize that it doesn’t do that to everyone I can only speak for myself and I’m not slamming the product because it does taste pretty good and I like the fact that you can get it up to whatever fat/calorie intake you want which makes a pretty awesome
Chocolate Toffee takes me to a happy place every time. 14 oz water, 1 Tbs butter, in my Ninja Creami- settings- light ice cream- re-spin button twice… delicious.
I do like this flavor. It's lightly chocolaty and sweet with mostly a toffee flavor. Excellent mixed in coffee for breakfast.
Choco Toffee Keto Chow is so yummy in that it has more of that toffee flavor. And just the right chocolate ratio. So good! Thank you, Keto Chow!
Chocolate Toffee is so rich & good!
Chocolate Toffee Keto Chow
I was introduced to Keto Chow via Keto Krate one year ago. The flavor was chocolate and it was DELISH! Since then, I've tried several other flavors (e.g.) Caramel Macchiato, Chocolate Toffee, Chocolate Peanut butter, Strawberry etc. They are nutritious and delicious. Love my Keto Chow.
