That’s why I’m always up for a get together at the local corner cafe (my favorite place) as long as I get my cup of caffeinated chocolatey goodness while we’re there. What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

I made my Mocha shake with Coffee & Kitu's Super creamer sweet cream flavor and my mocha shake is bringing EVERYONE to my yard. It's not only my new favorite but I shared it with some friends at the office and now they are jumping on board the Keto Chow wagon. Best yet, I recently acquired the Ninja Creami and as a deep chocolate ice cream addict I can't wait to turn this into dessert for dinner - You've done it again KC - another winner!!!!!
