How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.
2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
3. ADD WATER
Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!
4. SHAKE & ENJOY!
Or refrigerate for 30 mins or even overnight to bring out more flavor
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Plus keeps me full longer than other protein powders. Only use half the amount of fat.
Vanilla is a wonderful flavor in Keto Chow both in it’s ability to stand alone and it’s ability to be a palette for adding flavor.
I love the keto Chow products. I use it in many different Ways. But, with the cost of everything going up I probably won't be able to buy it any longer.
The flavor is rich vanilla, and not too sweet(yuck). The more you eat keto, the less you desire sweet.
Vanilla is such a go to flavor that you can do many options with it, and enjoy it!
Like some of the other flavors much better. This leaves a chalky twste in my mouth.
I haven't joined the club yet but I love Keto Chow. I use butter for the fat usually and I like to use a variety of extracts as well. So far so good!!
Not my favorite. I think I expected a stronger vanilla taste
Great choice to have on hand to customize. I add a couple drops of vanilla extract or Stok coffee shots-yum!!
Vanilla Keto Chow is the most versatile flavor. I mix it with half the water and refrigerate over night. Before drinking I add sugar free flavored seltzer waters or soda for a new twist. Unsweetened flavored seltzer waters work well too. Vanilla is versatile!
