A word to the wise: never say no to a cup of joe. That’s why I’m always up for a get together at the local corner cafe (my favorite place) as long as I get my cup of caffeinated chocolatey goodness while we’re there. What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Mocha 21-Meal Bag
One scoop of Mocha Keto Chow in a blender with 4C coffee and 2 T of butter is one of my favorite breakfasts!
I got the bag thinking I love Mocha and chocolate but I don't think I'll order a whole bag again just the individual ones. It's not as good everyday as I thought it would be. It was really good when I mixed it with 2 cups of coffee in the morning instead of with water for lunch or supper. I've only used butter in mine so using some other fat might make it better for a change up.
