What is “Keto”?

I love raspberries & cheesecake so of course I had to try the Raspberry Cheesecake KetoChow shake. It is now one of my favorites! Great flavor! I mix it with 1/2 cup HWC & water, then refrigerate overnight for a yummy shake.
