Um…hi. I don’t really like talking about myself, but thanks for taking the time to read my bio. I’m actually a professional candlemaker, so feel free to ask me questions about that if you want. Favorite foods: classic dishes that have warm, fragrant flavors. But don’t expect me to ever cook for you.
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Vanilla anything has always been my favorite! The Vanilla Keto Chow is delicious as a shake and makes great ice cream! I love that I can pick my fat source. I've used Heavy Whipping Cream in one batch and Butter in another, both tasted great! I am amazed I can eat it and stay Keto!!! Great job!!!

I bought the big bag because I make the Creami ice cream using it. I can also add skinny girl flavors if I want a different flavor.
We use the ketochow to make our ninja creami ice cream. What an ideal treat after enjoying a keto dinner 😄
I have a shake daily for lunch. I found I like it better mixed with Avocado Oil instead of heavy whipping cream. Doesn't taste so greasy or heavy. My favorite flavors are Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Toffee and Snickerdoodle. I'm not a fan of Peaches & Cream or Lemon Meringue. I'm still trying out all the other flavors. I plan on continuing to buy Keto Chow!!!
I got vanilla to put in with the psmf bread and it came out great I put some in my coffee and boom what a difference. If you made vanilla cinnamon it would just be like my creamer I used to have. Or my French vanilla coffee creamer. But this is really good I even had it with ice cream where I added chocolate chips I just there hasn't been a flavor I don't like it. But the most important thing is it's made in America and the people that make it are the nicest people. That means so much nowadays
i use the vanilla powder every morning in my coffee. it serves as sugar and creamer in one. love it. gives me about 5 hours of not being hungry.
