Low Carb Bread - Coconut Flour and Flax
This low carb, keto-friendly bread recipe was originally featured on Lisa's blog: Low Carb Yum. Being keto bread, it doesn't have the taste and texture of your typical bread from the grocery store. This bread is great for sandwiches, dipping in soup or just with some butter!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease the bread pan with coconut oil
  3. Sift coconut flour into a medium sized mixing bowl; incorporate ground flax, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a mixer, beat eggs. Mix in remaining wet ingredients.
  5. Add the mixed dry ingredients into the wet mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Batter will be very thick.
  6. Spread into batter into greased breadpan.
  7. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 40 minutes (I baked my bread in a convection oven and it was fully cooked within 35 minutes).
  8. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan by flipping over and finish cooling on rack.
  9. After cooled, slice bread and serve with butter or other toppings of your choice.

I’m sorry I’m confused by the recipe ingredients do not list eggs but instructions do. I did not add eggs and my batter is very dry. How many eggs are supposed to be in the ingredient list? Thank you.
