Keto Chow is my new fave

I got the samples because I always seem to get disappointed with the flavor of things I buy, but was happily surprised that everything is so good!

Game Changer

I’ve tried keto diets in the past, and I typically have pretty good results with them. Unfortunately, I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I find most of the common sugar alternatives unpalatable. I was skeptical about Keto Chow, because I knew it was sweetened with sucralose, but I am glad I took a chance on it. It tastes so much better than things sweetened with Splenda. It’s like having a milk shake for breakfast every morning. I started keto on April 1st, and with the help of Keto Chow, I’ve lost a little over 15lbs as of today (April 20th).

Ordered Several Sample Flavors

The flavor was amazing and the drinks were so filling! Definitely going to purchase the larger bags and make Keto Chow a regular part of my diet! The only struggle is deciding which flavor to choose next.

Love my Keto Chow!

My daughter and I have been on the Keto Chow diet for 8 months now. She’s at the perfect weight now, and I have 20 more to go after loosing 45 at this point. This chow is so yummy and satisfying, plus this vibrant feeling, that we just now have it as part of our daily eating routine. She’s increased certain food intakes to maintain steady weight. Once I reach goal I’ll do the same. I devoted Chower!

Have yet to meet a flavor I don’t LOVE!

Well, I’m hooked! I saw a Facebook ad and thought I would try a sample pack. Most if not all of the other shakes I have tried until now have been ok. A little minerally and kind of almost good but not quite. Keto Chow is amazing! I feel like I am having a treat every single shake. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter and the hearty chicken flavor makes the best biscuits. I have placed 2 orders in 2 weeks and will be getting the rest of the flavors soon. I LOVE this stuff!! Seriously if you are reading this and thinking about ordering… DO it, you won’t be sorry.

Filling, tasty, and helps me stay keto

I love these!! I’ve always joked that I wished there was a food that had all the macros and nutrients I needed so I didn’t have to think about it, and that joke became a reality with keto chow! I’m currently consuming nothing but keto chow for a month to force me to stay on the keto bandwagon and so far it’s been going great! They keep me full for hours and I love that I can prepare a week’s worth of food in 30 mins and not have to think about it. Customer service has also been super helpful and responsive.

Kylie
Tasty

I went through the flavors I thought I would like in the sample packs and then rated them on the receipt (only the Beef soup was less than good) and most were great to excellent.drink them slowly like a milkshake and they are filling and will last for 3-4 hours on average for me before hunger kicks in. Overall a great product and as a meal replacement is at a good price point as long as you don’t end up snacking around it.

Get in mAh belly

Delicious flavors and easy to throw in the fridge. If you want something amazing, try the chocolates toffee and the strawberry. All other flavors delicious.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Cake

Cream Cheese Filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Prepare a jelly roll pan by lining it with a piece of parchment paper that fits the pan and grease the top side of the paper.
  • Add eggs, sweetener, pumpkin, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, and Keto Chow together in a bowl and blend everything with an electric mixer or stand mixer until it's nice and creamy. Your cake mixture will be thick.
  • Spread around on previously prepared greased parchment paper until evenly dispersed over the whole surface of the pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. When cake is finished baking, let it cool for 1-5 minutes and then roll it up WITH the parchment paper. Let cake cool for 30 minutes while rolled up with parchment paper.
Photo of the Pumpkin Roll cake rolled in the parchment paper waiting to cool
  • While your cake cools, you can prepare your filling by adding the cream cheese, butter, and sweetener. Beat slowly to incorporate powdered sweetener then speed up and beat for 30 seconds. Stop and scrape sides of the bowl and then beat for another minute.
  • After 30 minutes of cooling, unroll the cake and let it cool for another minute or two.
  • Spread your cream cheese filling over the entire cake and then roll up the cake, this time without the parchment paper.
  • Wrap with plastic wrap and set in the fridge for at least an hour. When serving, you can dust with more powdered sweetener, if desired.

Notes

If you do not have parchment paper, you can dust a thin kitchen towel with powdered sweetener and roll your cooked cake up with the towel instead of the parchment paper, but be sure to grease your baking pan very well.
