Game Changer

I’ve tried keto diets in the past, and I typically have pretty good results with them. Unfortunately, I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I find most of the common sugar alternatives unpalatable. I was skeptical about Keto Chow, because I knew it was sweetened with sucralose, but I am glad I took a chance on it. It tastes so much better than things sweetened with Splenda. It’s like having a milk shake for breakfast every morning. I started keto on April 1st, and with the help of Keto Chow, I’ve lost a little over 15lbs as of today (April 20th).

I love keto chow…I have tried most of the flavors…some I like more than others..

Love my Keto Chow!

My daughter and I have been on the Keto Chow diet for 8 months now. She’s at the perfect weight now, and I have 20 more to go after loosing 45 at this point. This chow is so yummy and satisfying, plus this vibrant feeling, that we just now have it as part of our daily eating routine. She’s increased certain food intakes to maintain steady weight. Have yet to meet a flavor I don’t LOVE!

Well, I’m hooked! I saw a Facebook ad and thought I would try a sample pack. Most if not all of the other shakes I have tried until now have been ok. A little minerally and kind of almost good but not quite. Keto Chow is amazing! I feel like I am having a treat every single shake. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter and the hearty chicken flavor makes the best biscuits. I have placed 2 orders in 2 weeks and will be getting the rest of the flavors soon. I LOVE this stuff!! Seriously if you are reading this and thinking about ordering… DO it, you won’t be sorry.

Filling, tasty, and helps me stay keto

I love these!! I’ve always joked that I wished there was a food that had all the macros and nutrients I needed so I didn’t have to think about it, and that joke became a reality with keto chow! I’m currently consuming nothing but keto chow for a month to force me to stay on the keto bandwagon and so far it’s been going great! They keep me full for hours and I love that I can prepare a week’s worth of food in 30 mins and not have to think about it. Customer service has also been super helpful and responsive.


I went through the flavors I thought I would like in the sample packs and then rated them on the receipt (only the Beef soup was less than good) and most were great to excellent.drink them slowly like a milkshake and they are filling and will last for 3-4 hours on average for me before hunger kicks in. Overall a great product and as a meal replacement is at a good price point as long as you don’t end up snacking around it.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar style sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Spice Keto Chow
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3-4 drops brown food coloring optional


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whip the butter, then blend in the sweetener, then the egg and vanilla extract.
  • When that is fully combined, add the Keto Chow, coconut flour, spices and baking powder. Add the brown food coloring and mix in if using.
  • Mix well and roll into a slightly flattened disc. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes.
  • When the dough feels firm to the touch remove from the fridge and place on a clean counter. 
  • Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Cut with cookie cutters and arrange on a lined cookie sheet. Reroll the dough and cut more cookies.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes, just until cookies are golden around the edges and firm on the bottom.
  • Remove to a cooling rack and cool completely before decorating.


Yield: Approximately 15 cookies depending on the size of cutters you use.
