Great Taste and SUPER Convenient

I’ve done keto before and had success but had a hard time with all of the meal prep. I recently decided to start doing keto again and that’s when I found Keto Chow. I started with the Sample Starter Bundle to test it out and every flavor tasted great. I immediately purchased a large bag. I have switched to having a shake every day for lunch. These shakes keep me full for hours and have no chalkiness or after-taste like some shake mixes. They are also easy to prep. I get mine ready before bed, put it in the fridge, and grab and go in the morning. I would also add that I haven’t had the “keto flu” from cutting carbs. I love this product. I would highly recommend!

OMG Chocolate

I’ve been keto for 3.5 years. I cook almost all my own keto foods, but with covid and wanting to avoid the crowds at the grocery, I ordered KetoChow for convenience. I’m delighted that each flavor tasted amazing, and I’ve shed about 3 pounds of what I’ll call “covid carb inflammation”. I really enjoy the flavor, creamy texture, little preparation and almost no cleanup. I am sensitive to Xantham gum (a thickener), as well as caffeine. The mocha shake does have 95mg of caffeine which are both clearly marked on the label. I will cheat, tho, tho and drink the Mocha shake for breakfast tomorrow morning!

SUPER DELICIOUS STUFF

I’m posting for my friend ( no, really ) who just received her starter kit yesterday and fell in love with SNICKERDOODLE flavor – my recommendation as it’s my favorite, too. Worth every penny

So i seen keto chow as an ad. I figured what the hell I’ll give them a try. So fast forward it really hits the spot in terms of cravings and suprising it was fulfilling. With just water. If you have had Costco shakes I’d compare the ritch flavor to them.

Fantastic

I did a bulk order of two each salted caramel and chocolate. I make mine with half unsalted and half salted butter then chill for a few hours. It’s a tad thick so I thin it with a little extra water. Tastewise there are no funny chemical tastes or anything and I honestly can’t tell the difference between the flavors I got and jello pudding of similar flavors. There’s absolutely no forcing myself to drink it in any way. Also very filling. I’ve been having 2 instead of 3 shakes a day.

It’s a fantastic product and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Keto Chow versatility

Every one of the flavors that I had bought are DELICIOUS! I had bought your product so that I wouldn’t have to think about preparing so many meals during this quarantine. When I received the 21 meal packets, I decided to do intermittent fasting with two shakes and one low carb meal. They are working great for that purpose! The heavy whipping cream is the best tasting addition to them. I tried butter and it tastes good, but the heavy whipping cream just takes it to a higher level.
I’ve bought the chicken flavor to get a change of routine to my day and have made a soup with chicken, mushrooms and bacon…delicious! During my first week I have lost 9.4 lbs., which is giving me a reason to smile and keep going. Thank you.

Keeps Keto Simple

Love this shake. Keto gets hard and this makes it simple again.
It has made transitioning into ketosis so much easier. No “keto flu” symptoms.
It is an easy system with so much customization ability (can be incorporated into so many recipes). It has become a staple in my diet and since I have begun using keto chow, I’ve been able to really commit to the keto diet for a longer period of time and with very little slippage.
The flavors are delicious and diverse. If you need to make keto simple this is the best tool I’ve found.

Keto Strawberry Cheesecake

Raspberry Topping

  • 1 package sugar free Strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Whipped Topping

Instructions

  • Recipe is written for a 9-10” springform and makes 12 servings. Use HALF the recipe for a 6” springform.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine melted butter, almond flour, sugar, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl. The crust mixture should stick together in a ball. Iif your crust is too crumbly, add more butter.
  • Grease a small cheesecake or springform pan with coconut oil. Press crust firmly into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool for at least 10 minutes before pouring in the cheesecake filling.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add vanilla, eggs and sweetener; beat until smooth.
  • Add Strawberry Keto Chow and beat until smooth.
  • Mix heavy cream and almond or coconut milk. Pour slowly into cheesecake batter while beating; continue to pour cream mixture until batter becomes the right consistency. It should run but still be thick. Add more milk if needed.
  • Pour cheesecake batter into pan.
  • Smooth batter with a spatula. If using 9-10 inch spring form pan, bake in oven for 25 minutes, then reduce temperature to 200 degrees and bake for an additional hour, or until fully cooked. If using the smaller 6 inch springform pan, turn your oven down to 200 degrees and cook for 45 minutes. or until fully cooked. The center should jiggle SLIGHTLY when wiggled in the oven. it will set completely as it cools.
  • Remove from oven, cool on counter top until cool enough to touch pan before covering with plastic wrap and moving to fridge.
  • While cheesecake is cooling, heat 1 cup of water and frozen strawberries on stove; mash strawberries with a spoon. Add the Jello package to boiling water and remove from heat. Stir and add 1/2 cup of cool water. Cool in fridge until jello is thick but not completely set. Pour thickened Jello on top of cheesecake and continue to cool in refrigerator.
  • Combine cream, sweetener, and vanilla. Either beat ingredients (with electric hand mixer) or blend in blender (I love using the blender--it's quick and easy) beat or blend until thick and stiff. Place cream in piping bag and pipe around the edges. If you don't have a piping bag, spoon whipped cream over top and smooth with a spatula.
  • Cut cheesecake into 12 slices.
  • Serve, and try not to eat the entire pan!

Notes

NOTES: 
My jello took approx 1 hr to cool in my fridge until it was thick but not set so that I could spoon it on top of the cheesecake. If baked in the oven, there will be a ridge around the edge, and I filled the center. If cooked in an instant pot, there will be no ridge and jello needs to be a bit more set for it to stay.  
This is not a quick recipe. It needs to cook for approx 2 hours between the crust and cheesecake. Plus cooling time for the crust as well as the cheesecake and jello. But it was AMAZINGLY delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 packet sugar free Jello
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 13 ml MCT Oil
  • 50 ml heavy cream plus more for whipped cream topping, if desired
  • 50 grams Raspberry Cheesecake Keto Chow or your flavor of choice (we recommend) Strawberry or Natural Strawberry Keto Chow)

Instructions

  • Add Jello packet to 1/4 cup cold water and stir.
  • Boil 3/4 cup water, add to the mixture and whisk/blend it.
  • Add MCT oil and heavy cream and whisk/blend some more.
  • Add Keto Chow along with any additional flavorings you might want. Blend this really well, approximately 5 minutes.
  • If desired, whip up some of your heavy cream and put some on top when you eat it.

Strawberry Keto Coconut Cream Roll Cake

What could be better than a light strawberry sponge cake rolled around whipped cream, fresh strawberries and toasted coconut? It takes a little bit more time and attention than the average cake but it’s a show stopper that will make any occasion extra special. The cake stays surprisingly tender, moist, and really tastes like a traditional sponge cake.

Equipment

  • 15" X 10" jelly roll pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Clean dry kitchen towel

Ingredients

Cake

Filling

  • 1 pint strawberries rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut toasted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line the jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly oil the parchment paper
  • To toast the coconut spread it out on an ungreased pan and bake in the oven at 325 until it begins to turn golden and smells fragrant. About 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Cake

  • Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener until the color is light yellow and ribbons form when the beaters go through. Add the food coloring and mix in if using now.
  • In a separate bowl with very clean beaters whip the egg whites until they begin to foam, sprinkle in the sweetener and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture to lighten it. Then gently fold in the remaining egg whites until they are almost completely combined. Being careful to retain as much air in the egg whites as possible.
  • Mix together the Keto Chow, coconut flour, gelatin, and baking powder and sprinkle them over the egg mixture. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the eggs.
  • Using an offset spatula, spread the batter onto the prepared jelly roll pan and even it out as much as possible its ok if it looks a little bumpy.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cake is set, slightly golden around the edges but still tender and soft to the touch.
  • Meanwhile sift a layer of powdered sweetener on a clean, dry kitchen towel.
  • When it’s cool enough to touch carefully turn the cake over onto the towel and remove the pan.
  • Gently peel the parchment paper away from the cake and using the towel roll the cake up the long way, with the cake rolled inside.
  • Leave the cake rolled up in the towel to cool completely while you make the filling.

Filling

  • Slice the strawberries into thin slices
  • Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
  • Unroll the cake and spread it with the whipped cream leaving about 1/2 inch of plain cake around the edges.
  • Lay the strawberry slices over the whipped cream, and sprinkle with the toasted coconut. Gently reroll the cake. Using the towel to help hold it. Make sure not to roll the towel inside again.

  • Place the cake on a platter and garnish with more whipped cream, strawberries, coconut, and powdered sweetener if desired.

Notes
