Root Beer Float Dreamsicles
Based on a recipe from Chef Taffiny ElrodThe sour cream in this recipe gives the popsicles a little tang and the oil helps keep them creamy in the freezer.

Combine all ingredients and blend until fully mixed.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
To unmold briefly dip the outside of the popsicle molds in warm water and gently remove the pops.
