Good replacement when you don't eat baked potatoes
I have always liked potato soup and this has turned out to be a satisfying replacement. I mix it with warm water or chicken broth, butter, cheese, salt and pepper and whatever else suits my fancy at the time. Mix in Magic Bullet, heat in a pan and enjoy.
