How to make Keto Chow:


1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.


2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).


3. ADD WATER

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!


4. SHAKE & ENJOY!

Or refrigerate for 30 mins or even overnight to bring out more flavor

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.
