How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.
2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
3. ADD WATER
Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!
4. SHAKE, REFRIGERATE, & ENJOY!
Refrigerate for 30 minutes (overnight brings out even more yumminess).
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. I was happy to finally get SOMETHING S'mores flavor in a keto product. The batch I got is a really strong Marshmallow flavor, but very weak chocolate and graham cracker flavor. Toasted Marshmallow would be a more apt name for it.
Don't get me wrong, I liked it, but it could be better. At least a little more chocolate taste.
Enjoyable experience! The scent of graham crackers and marshmallow harken to that campfire dessert we all attempted! Primarily vanilla undertones but with the palate teaser of graham cracker contributing to a fuller taste extravaganza. As usual, I used S'mores Keto Chow for blender ice cream and add Jordan's Skinny Syrup, in S'mores flavor to intensify the experience.
I recommend giving S'mores Keto Chow a try. Very likely you will enjoy it too. I suspect it will make a tasty mug cake too! Enjoy!!
I can taste the graham cracker the most, and a hint of marshmallow, but no chocolate what so ever. Just ok.

It is very heavy on the graham cracker flavoring, very light on the marshmallow, and no chocolate. I was hoping for a better balance. I might try mixing some chocolate keto chow in with my next batch.
