Heavy cream is the simplest fat to use. Just add it to Keto Chow and water, shake, and enjoy. Please note that it can be difficult to find “heavy cream.” “Heavy whipping cream” is similar but has some additional emulsifiers. (Don't worry, they don't matter.) Go with whichever one you want, just be sure it shows 0g of carbohydrates (even though it truly has 0.41g of net carbs per 15 ml.) (1 Tbsp.).

What ingredients and sweeteners are in Keto Chow?
Most flavors of Keto Chow use sucralose as the sweetener, but there are some exceptions. The savory flavors of Keto Chow (Savory Chicken Soup, Spicy Taco Soup, Beef Soup Base, and Creamy Tomato Basil) are unsweetened; Natural Strawberry uses monk fruit; and the Core line has an unsweetened option as well as one sweetened with stevia.
How do I make Keto Chow?
Add your Keto Chow to the fat source of your choice. Add 1¾ - 2 cups of water, then shake it up! Let chill in the fridge for 20 minutes (although if you're in a rush, drinking it immediately is completely fine!), and you're good to go!
