What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. Of all the flavors of Keto Chow I like Chocolate the best for actual drinking, and it makes great hot chocolate! I like the other flavors in recipes etc but not so much for a meal drink.

Chocolate 21-Meal Bag
I like the 21 meal bag size, I got chocolate this first time. I thought I'd get bored, but I mixed in a few different things, and really enjoyed it. The only thing I would change (if I could) would be to swap out the ziplock style bag for a bag similar to Bob's Red Mill - the velcro style closure.
