What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. Great if you can't tolerate dairy

I mix it with collagen powder because dairy makes my face break out. Sweeten with Stevia or monkfruit, add flavoring extracts, and it's as good as the pre-mixed version.

If it were me I would to take that salty part and put it in my daily water to delute it heavily and sip away.

Just what I needed

I am so happy to have this option to get the nutrition benefits of Keto Chow, without the dairy that upsets my system. I use the egg protein and add the base powder and whatever flavoring sounds good that day. Great option, thanks!
