How to make Keto Chow:


1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.


2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).


3. ADD WATER

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!


4. SHAKE, REFRIGERATE, & ENJOY!

Refrigerate for 30 minutes (overnight brings out even more yumminess).

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. I love it, it is now going to be a regular keto chow flavor. I like adding a little cinnamon and making ice cream. I add some chopped nuts, and a little caramel to the top and this makes it feel as if I am not eating Keto. I secretly feed this to my family and they honestly do not realize that they are eating a healthy and nutritious dessert!
