Okay, so I get this question a lot. Yes, Peanut Butter is my BFF, but no, contrary to what you may have read in the latest installment of Shakes Weekly, I am not with her all the time. Granted, we love hanging out on her patio downing purple popsicle after purple popsicle…but I’m just as nice and fun when I’m by myself—don’t hesitate to come say hi.

Grape Keto Chow is available as a limited edition, meaning that it is only in a limited quantity and is not available as a subscription.

How to make Keto Chow:


1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.


2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).


3. ADD WATER

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!


4. SHAKE & ENJOY!

Or refrigerate for 30 mins or even overnight to bring out more flavor

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

GREAT GRAPE!

I would like this to become a permanent flavor. It compliments the PB. I am currently working on a dessert with PSMF egg white angel food cake layed about PB&J "pudding" all made with Keto Chow products.
