My favorite songs include “Summer Wind” and “California Girls.” I also appreciate anything that brings just a little bit of sassy citrus zing to otherwise dull proceedings. As I like to say, “zing is the thing that makes me want to sing.” Or something. (It didn’t work, but you can’t blame me for trying.)

This is a spring/summer season flavor.

How to make Keto Chow:

1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.

2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

3. ADD WATER

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!

4. SHAKE & ENJOY!

Or refrigerate for 30 mins or even overnight to bring out more flavor

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Guava Grapefruit

I love the taste of the Guava Grapefruit! I made it into ice cream for my creami. I used water, 3T butter, few drops of stevia and 1/2tsp of tara gum. Smooth and fresh. I love it!

My favorite flavor so far

When I am keto I miss fruit. Berry flavors are easy enough to find but get boring. Guava grapefruit satisfied my fruit flavor craving while being something new and different. Great flavor!

Guava GREATfruit!!

I absolutely LOVE the Guava Grapefruit Keto Chow! It is one of my favorite flavors. The grapefruit flavor is divine, with just enough Guava to temper it! I lived in the sub-tropics for years, and that Guava really takes me back!

Amazing flavor

I very much love the flavor of guava grapefruit, it's indescribable, I did see that a person had compared it to cantaloupe and yes, I can kinda agree but seriously it's just very pleasant and I hope this flavor will be around for a long time.

A New Favorite!

I was unsure about this one because I am not a huge guava fan, but I love grapefruit, so I thought I'd give it a try. It is incredible! I am a fan of the orange cream, and that is my spring/summer staple, but if they make this in bulk bags I will have to switch! I like that you can taste both flavors, and it is not too sweet, or heavy. If you're on the fence, just order one, and you'll be hooked like me! Please make this (and key lime pie) in bulk bags!
