Lemon Meringue Keto Chow, one of our newest additions to our range, is a perfect marriage of tangy lemon and sweet, pillowy meringue. If you fancy something a bit more deluxe, use it in our No Cook Lemon Custard.

How to make Keto Chow:

1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.

2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

3. ADD WATER

Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!

4. SHAKE, REFRIGERATE, & ENJOY!

Refrigerate for 30 minutes (overnight brings out even more yumminess).

What is “Keto”?

If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Soooo Delicious

I am new to Keto Chow. I purchased the Lemon Meringue because I was dreaming of making a Lemon cake as my first project with Keto Chow. It did not disappoint! WOW! It was delicious. Everything I had hoped for. So I am now waiting for my next order of Keto Chow to be delivered in 2 days.

Keto chow still hasn’t turned up!

product is first class but shipping rates are terribly expensive! My order is still in transit via Japan to Australia, the most expensive shipping I've ever paid.

Disgusting

The texture and taste was just gritty and gross Glad I didn’t buy a bunch of them Gonna try to give the other 3 packs away

On the Keto Chow instructions (https://www.ketochow.xyz/prepare/), it says to add 14 fl oz (or more) of water. Sometimes that gets interpreted to 'mix to 14 fl oz total.' If you do that, it's going to be WAY too thick and unbearably salty. It's going to be **GROSS**. Most people like the taste and thickness when the total mixture is around 20 fl oz or a nearly full Blender Bottle. If your Keto Chow is already mixed up and not the way you like it, just add more water!

I just love the Lemon Meringue by its self and I enjoy mixing it with the Key lime also. It is so refreshing. Keto Chow is the best.
