How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.
2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
3. ADD WATER
Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!
4. SHAKE, REFRIGERATE, & ENJOY!
Refrigerate for 30 minutes (overnight brings out even more yumminess).
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. It’s similar to the the Atkins diet, but with more solid science. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

Sometimes on my Keto diet, I just get a craving for something sweet but filling. Well this fills the bill! It's sweet and leaves me feeling complete. Love the Pistachio flavor. It's my favorite.
I think this could have a little more pistachio flavor but is still pretty good. Makes good keto chow pudding.
Pistachio Keto Chow
Great flavor in a shake or made as ice cream in Ninja Creami, one of my favorite flavors.
This is my wife’s second favorite flavor, behind Caramel Macchiato. She likes it best made with butter and coconut almond milk.
Good flavor - very filling.
In my first Chow Club box, a single serving pistachio was included and I was delighted when I tried it. I mix it with heavy whipping cream and water, and it is terrific. It tastes much like real pistachios. Now that I have a Creami and can make my own ice cream, I am looking forward to including some fresh pistachios as a mix in. I waited until this was a flavor of the week to order the 21-meal bag, and I’m glad I didn’t have to wait too long. This has been added to my favorite flavors list.
As a child my grandma made me moon cake with pistachio pudding and with every sip, the pistachio flavor takes me back to that special time in my life. Wonderful for Creami ice cream too!!!
