Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow serves as a fantastic base for a deluxe soup or stew, with toppings and accompaniments galore. The bulk meal bags of this seasonal flavor are only available in the fall and winter. It can also be used to add flavor to dishes like our Tomato Basil Vegetable Egg Bake.
The large 21 meal packages are available on a seasonal basis, we will restock them in the fall. Because this flavor tends to sell well at one time of year and not others, we decided that we would have the large bags available on a seasonal basis where they are stocked in the fall and are not restocked again until the next fall.
What exactly does “fall” mean? When will they be available again? We will share on our social media when they are back in stock. You can also sign up for our newsletter to be notified via email.
Is there any way to get this flavor out of season? The single meal packets will continue to be available year-round.
How to make Keto Chow:
1. ADD FAT SOURCE
Add heavy cream, melted butter, oil… whatever fat source you like into a 20oz Blender Bottle. This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. Try our calculator here to see how much fats you need.
2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER
Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).
3. ADD WATER
Add 14oz warm water (or up to the 20 oz line)… and shake!
4. SHAKE, REFRIGERATE, & ENJOY!
Refrigerate for 30 minutes (overnight brings out even more yumminess).
What is “Keto”?
If carbohydrates are available, your body will burn that first. If carbs are not available, your body will burn fat & your fat stores! “Keto” (scientifically known as “Nutritional Ketosis” but usually referred to as just “keto” or a “ketogenic diet”) involves restricting your diet to moderate protein, very low carbohydrates and high fat. When you are consuming enough protein to keep muscles happy, restricting carbohydrates as low as possible and making up the rest of your calories in fat, your body switches into a fat burning mode. Your liver will begin converting fats into energy molecules known technically as “ketone bodies” – which is where the name of the diet comes from. People end up with MORE energy and vitality on a ketogenic diet. Muscle cells are finally gaining energy instead of all the fuel getting stored away in fat cells because of insulin, specifically insulin resistance.

I didn't like it. While it was spicy, it was and tasted VERY watery. Yes I knew it was made with water but hoped when it was made, it would become thicker.
The soup makes a nice base for a meal replacement, but it does need to have other things added, as it is pretty bland on it's own. Cheese, bacon bits, chives, are just some ideas. I added cheese, but if I'd had bacon to add I think I would have liked it even more.
I liked the flavor of the soup but I was in the bathroom all night throwing up. Guess I’m allergic to something in it. I was afraid to try the other 3 ( chicken noodle I couldn’t eat anyway because of a garlic allergy), so I gave them away.
I use Keto Chow Beef to make my Wonder Bread more bread like. Maria Emmerich’s zero carb recipe is good but a scoop of Keto Chow helps the recipe to be 90% identical to bread!
I love to drink this after frothing it and adding some cooked celery. Also love to add canned chicken and veggies for the full experience!!!!!

I use as a soup base, and make a different soup every night for dinner: cheddar brocolli, hamburger soup, creamy chicken, even a copycat Olive Garden Toscano soup. Great flavor!
