We want you to be happy with Keto Chow. We love it, and think you’ll love it too… but sometimes that isn’t the case. Here is our return/replacement policy, if you have any questions, please contact us. If you are unsure if you will like a flavor, we do recommend that you try a sample if at all possible.

  • Returns/refunds are limited to 30 days from the ship date. The return/refund doesn’t need to be complete in the 30 day window, you just need to contact us before the 30 days expire.
  • If you received a shipment you no longer want and the shipping box is still unopened (tape uncut), we can usually get USPS to ship it back to us at no cost. Please contact us ASAP so we can get that going. Of all returns, these are our favorites – they’re super easy for everyone involved.
  • If the flavor you received just isn’t what you like, we will work with you to get you a different flavor that you know you like.
  • If you decide that you simply do not want the Keto Chow products from your order, please contact us.
  • Any applicable refunds will be applied as a credit to your original method of payment when the returned product arrives and is checked.

Replacement Policy. It’s not your fault if a product is damaged or defective, don’t sweat it! We’ll get you taken care of.
