Return/refund policy, If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • Food products, which is pretty much all we sell, cannot be returned for a refund once they are opened. If you are unsure if you will like a flavor, please try a sample.
  • Unopened product can be returned within 30 days of the ship date. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • A return need not be complete in the 30 day window, you just need to contact us before the 30 days expire.
  • If you are returning product for a refund, it will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
  • Refunds will be applied as a credit to your original method of payment.

Replacement Policy

  • If a product is damaged in transit, please take photographs and contact us for a replacement.
  • If a product is defective, please contact us for a replacement.
