Weight change for the 100 days: 209.9 lbs to 205.4 lbs. That's not really stellar progress but compared to gaining I suppose I'll take it.
So I'm stuck in a up and down cycle - it's entirely what I've been eating and has a simple explanation, despite that I've decided it serves as good experience.
Saturday was a busy day with loads of physical activity in the yard with the kids, followed by everyone but me getting a slurpee (had some diet rootbeer).
Had an awesome time at the IFT Food Suppliers trade show yesterday. Met some great people and might have found some new suppliers for ingredients.
Yesterday I only did two keto chow shakes - we got a new waffle maker and my wife made keto waffles. We might as well go all-in on "breakfast for dinner."
I launched the new front page yesterday, overall the reactions are positive; should have done that a long time ago =). Yesterday I did 3 keto chows.
More Vanilla for breakfast, lunch and dinner today, that's all pretty unremarkable. The fun part for today is I just launched a new home page.
Had a fun(ish) weekend - we did a lot of mixing and packaging on Thursday and Friday so we could go for a drive on Saturday.
After I was befuddled with the lower ketone levels in the morning, a nice redditor pointed me over to an article about the Dawn Phenomenon.
Alright, so I made it to 46.4 hours without eating - let's analyze how it went!
Looks like I had inexplicably stored up a bunch of glycogen - the difference between yesterday morning (~8 hours fasting while sleeping).
Today I'm doing intermittent fasting, but for kicks I'm going to see how long I can go without eating and just running off the copious stored energy I have.
Got the floor/platform for the new shed built on Saturday, even got some of the shed put together before it got too dark.
Didn't have a chance to post yesterday because I spent most of the day going to the landfill 3 times with the remnants of our shed, then we went to dinner.
Despite doing pretty well yesterday, I was still up in weight for the weekly weigh in for my city thing.
3 Rich Chocolates yesterday, 3 Chocolate Peanut Butters today. Yesterday I got my web server happy again.
