Awful
I love all other keto Chow products. However this was awful. Used twice, out money because it can’t be returned. However, you have to try it to see if it works. Didn’t work and taste was bad even in flavored drinks.

I have issues with sleeping and also pain. I have found that the nights that I use the Magnesium Relax drops by Keto Chow I am in a more relaxed state when I get into bed. I put them into my nighttime tea. That is part of my calm down routine. My tea is flavored and completely decaffeinated. I personally can’t even tell that they are in there(taste). I’m enjoying them.
