In March 2020, I decided I needed to make some lifestyle changes. I was having some health issues, including fatty liver disease caused by excess fat around my midsection. That is why I started using Keto Chow. I drank one Keto Chow shake for lunch and a keto supper. The results were real. I lost 90 pounds between March 2020 and November 2020 (from 260 to 170 lbs.). I am now in maintenance mode and still use Keto Chow regularly. More importantly, by making this change my liver enzymes are now well within the normal range — no more fatty liver disease!

70 pounds down in 8 months thanks to Keto Chow! Even though I am not smiling in my “after” photo, I am extremely grateful and happy with my results-(I just needed my coffee at the time the picture was taken-LOL!).

In addition to three scoops of Keto Chow each day, with a little heavy whipping cream, I also do a bit of intermittent fasting and keep my calories around 1200/day. Additionally, I add some collagen and a little extra protein everyday.

I even had some “allowance” days at Thanksgiving and Christmas and didn’t gain. The trick is to get right back up on the Keto Chow Train if you have occasionally those days.

My favorite flavors are Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Lemon Meringue, and now Lime. I still have quite a ways to go to ultimate goal weight but I feel so much better.

At 48 years old, i have been on non successful “diets” since the age of 12. Low fat, no fat etc. I learned about keto when my husband started having seizures. I researched, asked questions – together we went on this scary journey. The first few weeks were tough, but i enjoyed higher fat foods like steak, avocado, olives. I lost around 20 lbs in the first 3 months – but i was quickly getting bored and unmotivated. I felt “off” Then i found keto chow. I bought a couple samples off of amazon and the rest is history! I make dessert like milkshakes, puddings, waffles, chaffles, FUDGE! I’ve also made buns, breads, savory soups! With the proper balance of protein and vitamins – the fat started melting off. If it wasn’t for keto chow – i do not think i’d be able to say i am 70 lbs down! I still have a bit to go – but that’s okay! I was quite large at the start of my journey, and nearly dying from a staph infection that diabetes wouldn’t let me recover from, my blood sugar was out of control and I was in a bad spot. I did Medifast / Take Shape For life form of keto for the first 3 years and lost the first 100 or so lbs, from there I tried to maintain or continue that without keto and repeatedly failed. Short bouts of keto worked but I always fell victim to a sweet tooth and a need for ice cream and chocolate.
